Finding a place to begin

Small steps can make room for change.

The wheel is a conversation tool, not a scorecard. It can help you notice what is already working, what matters most now and where one achievable step might help.

  1. Notice your strengths. What is going well or helping you cope?
  2. Choose what matters now. Which area deserves attention, not because you have failed, but because it matters to you?
  3. Take one small step. Choose something realistic, with support if you want it.
  4. Review without judgement. Keep, change or pause the step based on what you learn.
